Terms of Service
How we work with clients, in plain language.

Services and quotes
Astounding Designs, LLC provides website design and development, website redesign, e-commerce, WordPress repair and maintenance, hosting, search engine optimization, link building and graphic design services. Quotes are provided in writing and are based on the scope discussed at the time. Additional work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information and the content, images and access needed to complete the work, and to respond to review requests in a reasonable time. Delays in content or feedback will affect the delivery timeline. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you supply — text, images, logos and product information — may lawfully be used on your website.
Payment
Projects and recurring plans are billed as agreed in your quote or order. Monthly SEO, maintenance and hosting plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with notice; there are no long-term contracts unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Work may be paused where invoices remain unpaid.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the website design and content we created specifically for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us not to. Third-party components — fonts, themes, plugins and stock assets — remain subject to their own licenses. Tools, frameworks and internal processes we use to build sites remain ours.
Search engine results
Search rankings are controlled by search engines, not by us. We use accepted, white-hat methods and report on the work performed, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales outcomes. Any projections discussed are estimates, not promises.
Support and availability
Client support is available by email, support ticket and live chat. Hosting and maintenance plans include monitoring and updates as described in the plan. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers, or for issues arising from changes you or another party make to a website after handover.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. We recommend that clients keep independent backups of business-critical content.
