Repair & support
WordPress repair and support, without the ransom invoice
WordPress repair companies are known for solving one problem, sending an outrageous invoice, then suggesting more work. We are not that company. Our team works on WordPress sites every day and we fix what is actually broken.

Emergency repair and restoration
White screen, fatal error, plugin conflict, failed update, hacked install, or a host that has suspended the account — send us the URL and a description and we will tell you what it takes. Our support team is available for emergency restoration as well as on-demand repair.
We work with the hosting provider when needed, restore from backups when necessary, and keep you informed through the process instead of disappearing.
What we are usually called for
Most WordPress emergencies come from the same handful of causes, and most of them can be fixed without rebuilding anything. We triage first: is the site up, is data at risk, and is a repair faster than a restore?
If your symptom is on this list, send it through the rescue form below and we will tell you what it takes.
- White screen of death or a blank page where the site used to be
- 500, 503 or "critical error" messages straight after an update
- A plugin or theme conflict that takes the whole site down
- Hacked sites, malware, spam redirects or a Google security warning
- Locked out of WordPress admin or a lost password reset email
- Broken contact forms, checkout or payment plugins
- A site that has become painfully slow or times out
- Failed migration, host move or PHP version upgrade
- A site the previous developer stopped supporting
Optimization and hardening
Once the immediate problem is fixed we update WordPress and the plugin stack to current, stable versions, then optimize for speed and security so the same failure does not repeat.
That work often surfaces the real cause: an abandoned plugin, an outdated PHP version, or a theme that has not been maintained in years.
- Broken site and plugin diagnosis
- Malware removal and security hardening
- Speed and performance optimization
- Updates, backups and uptime monitoring
- Monthly maintenance plans
How a repair actually runs
You send the site address, the email we should reply to and a description of what is happening. We look at the live site and the server logs before touching anything, then tell you what is wrong and what it costs to fix — in writing, before work starts. No surprise invoices at the end.
Once you approve, we work from a fresh backup or a staging copy, verify the fix, then deploy it and recheck the parts visitors actually use: forms, checkout, search and page speed.
- Diagnosis from the live site, server logs and a current backup
- Written quote and scope before any work begins
- Fix tested on staging or a backup, then deployed
- Recheck of forms, checkout, search and key pages
- A short written summary of the cause so it does not return
Ongoing maintenance so it does not happen again
Our monthly WordPress maintenance plans keep the core, themes and plugins current, monitor uptime, run backups and handle the small technical tasks that pile up. Send us your website address and we will send a plan matched to your site.
If the problem is not urgent, the rescue form below is still the fastest way to reach the repair team. We reply to ongoing issues within about 72 hours, standard repairs within 48, and site-down emergencies within 24.
